Questions, answered
- What do AI credits buy?
- Credits pay for AI work and premium templates. Most AI actions cost one credit (rewriting a resume section, drafting a cover letter, running an ATS pass) and unlocking a premium template costs two. Building, editing, previewing and exporting to PDF or DOCX never cost credits.
- Which currency will I be charged in?
- We bill Indian customers in rupees, customers in Europe in euro, and everyone else in US dollars. The page detects your region, and you can switch currency yourself at any time before paying.
- Do my credits expire?
- Credits from a paid plan stay usable through the plan period they were granted for, and one period of unused credits rolls over. Nothing resets mid-cycle. Each batch of credits expires on its own schedule, and you can see the next expiry date on your billing page.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancelling stops future renewals, and credits you have already been granted remain usable until they expire.
- What exactly is the call with the founder?
