Use a summary. Objectives describe what you want; a summary describes what you have already delivered, which is what a hiring manager is screening for. Keep an objective only if you are changing careers and need one line to explain the pivot.
Read the posting twice and list the nouns it repeats: tools, systems, metrics, certifications. Those are the terms the ATS was configured with. Then edit your existing bullets so the matching terms appear in the accomplishment, not in a keyword block at the bottom. Two or three edited bullets usually beat a rewritten resume.
